Who We Are ?
OTS is a software house that has been established in 2011 in Alexandria, Egypt. Its business sector can be classified vertically by the specialization in developing software solutions and providing Software as a Service (SaaS) products to serve and support the shipping industry, and horizontally by using the portfolio of Microsoft platforms/technologies. It is a small-sized company with a team of 15 engineers. For about 6 years, OTS strives to apply the most recent software development technologies and methodologies in order to prove a high level of quality and provide satisfying quality levels of software services to its clients.

Electronic Invoicing (E-Invoice)
Online Technical Services Company provides a customized software solution that integrates with the Egyptian Tax Authority E-Invoicing system to submit electronic invoices. The solution is customized to receive the Invoice records in any format (EDI, Excel, etc.) or integrate with the local accounting systems to import the invoices' data. The solution also builds and signs compliant and valid invoices following the regulations of the Egyptian Tax Authority.
Electronic Messaging Service
Electronic Messaging Service is a software solution for shipping agents to send their manifests to the Egyptian Customs Authority (ECA). EMS is the EDI Value Added Network (VAN) that provides a web user interface to document or upload the EDI file of the manifest’s data. It performs the EDI mapping, validates the data according to the ECA’s validation rules and routes the data to the ECA’s database. The EMS supports the EDIFACT CUSCAR EDI format and supports customized EDI formats according to the needs of the shipping agents. The shipping agents needn’t provide any equipment on their premises except the computers of the end users and the internet line to browse the EMS.
EDI Integration/Implementation
OTS provides the service to implement the EDI integration between business or trading partners to exchange business data in EDI format. The implementation is based on the file type that both partners have decided to exchange. It provides the mapping solution that extracts the data from the sender data repository to build the EDI file which is received and read by the receiving application. OTS supports standard EDIFACT and X12 formats as well as customized formats. Examples of current services: – Shipping agents send the discharge and load lists to the container shipping lines using COARRI EDI format. – Storage yards send the container movements to the container shipping lines using CODECO EDI format.
